1. Physical safety warning

• Push-ups are a strenuous physical activity. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program.
• If you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop immediately.
• PushSlayer is not responsible for any injuries sustained during use.

2. User responsibility

Since data is stored locally, deleting the app or factory resetting your phone will result in permanent loss of your progress, XP, and Trophies. We cannot recover this data for you.

3. Fair play

You agree not to use scripts, hacks, or external tools to manipulate your XP or Boss kill counts. The path of the Slayer is one of honor.

4. Disclaimers

The app is provided “As Is.” While we strive for 100% accuracy in AI tracking, environmental factors (lighting, camera angle) may affect performance.

5. Intellectual property

The “Tower of Thirty Realms,” Boss designs, and Trophy artwork are the exclusive property of the PushSlayer team.
