Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You may use PushSlayer only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Health and safety disclaimer

• PushSlayer is a fitness and entertainment product, not a medical device or medical service.
• Consult a qualified physician before starting any new exercise program or strenuous activity.
• Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other discomfort.
• You are solely responsible for exercising within your own limits and for ensuring that your workout area, device placement, and surroundings are safe.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PushSlayer is not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from exercise, misuse of the app, or unsafe workout conditions.

3. Data storage and account responsibility

PushSlayer may store information both on your device and in Supabase-backed systems. You are responsible for maintaining access to your supported iOS or Android device, account credentials, and any backup methods available to you. We are not responsible for loss caused by device failure, account compromise, deletion you initiate, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Accounts and required sign-in

PushSlayer requires account creation or sign-in to use account-backed features. Authentication and account data may be handled by Supabase and supported third-party sign-in providers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities that occur through your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

5. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

PushSlayer is free to download, but an auto-renewable subscription is required for full app access after sign-in. There is no permanent free tier. Boss clears, floors, ranks, and trophy images are gameplay rewards earned through training—they are not sold as separate paid unlocks.

If you purchase a subscription through Apple or Google Play, billing is handled by that app store under its account terms. A free trial applies only when the plan you select in the App Store includes a trial.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial subscription periods are not refunded.

We may change pricing, features, or availability of subscription plans at any time, subject to applicable law and app store rules.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service in violation of law or another person's rights;
• copy, reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where law permits;
• use bots, scripts, exploits, or cheats to manipulate reps, XP, rewards, rankings, or subscription access;
• interfere with the app, its security, or related infrastructure; or
• use PushSlayer in any way that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful.

7. Fair play and gameplay integrity

PushSlayer may use device sensors, camera input, and gameplay rules to determine valid reps, progression, and rewards. We may invalidate activity or restrict access if we reasonably suspect cheating, automation, account abuse, or attempts to bypass intended gameplay systems.

Camera input is used only for real-time motion detection and rep validation. PushSlayer does not require storing or reusing your video recordings or still images in order to count reps.

8. Intellectual property

PushSlayer and its associated content, including the PushSlayer name, logos, artwork, character designs, interface elements, text, graphics, audio, video, software, and the Tower of Thirty Realms worldbuilding, are owned by PushSlayer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, reviews, or other feedback about PushSlayer, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and improve that feedback without compensation to you.

10. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PushSlayer at any time, including features, content, pricing, and availability. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

11. Disclaimers

PushSlayer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect rep detection, exact fitness metrics, or that the app will meet every expectation or requirement.

Tracking quality may be affected by camera position, lighting, device capability, movement visibility, clothing, connectivity, and other environmental conditions.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PushSlayer and its affiliates, licensors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service.

13. Termination

You may stop using PushSlayer at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to some or all features if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or exposed us to legal or technical harm.

14. Privacy

Your use of PushSlayer is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in connection with the service.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above and provide additional notice where required. Continued use of PushSlayer after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
